Hi friends, welcome back. Our first event of 2020 is bound to be a success. We have been unable to get together and have fun fishing, riding, or walking at all this year so, we have rounded up the team to really make an important impact. On Saturday November 7th the Hook-A-Cure crew and the Joe Andruzzi Foundation will be hanging out at True North Ale Company in Ipswich Donating Blood with the American Red Cross. We invite all of you to join us! To sweeten the invite, for each pint of blood you give, we'll give you a pint of beer! There will also be a 50/50 raffle and some really cool swag giveaways from Hook-A-Cure the JAF.
We will be on site at True North Ales on 11/7 from 9am-2pm for the event, and we hope to see you there! This blood drive is really important, especially this year, because many blood cancers and clinical trials require A LOT of blood. Due to the virus, there is a critical shortage and Dana Farber needs our help. If you cannot make it to our event, we encourage you to make a donation to our foundation here.
Next year is also looking brighter already. We have our first event of 2021 on May 20th with the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. Come meet our partner in battling cancer and helping local families in Massachusetts, the Joe Andruzzi Foundation at True North Ale Company in Ipswich, have a pint and enjoy the fundraising festivities. Details will come as they are announced so be sure to subscribe to scrawney-morgan.org.
The official date for our 2021 Hook-A-Cure event is Friday July 16th 2021 so mark your calendars and join us. Big news to be announced!
Our Foundation's (The Scrawney-Morgan Foundation) Annual Appeal is still ongoing as we work to raise as much as possible to help Dana Farber and the Joe Andruzzi Foundation recoup as much lost funds as possible.
